Meet
Darla
Tenold and Fahmy Bekhit
Drawn to a central location, a mature neighborhood, big trees, back
alleys, and different kinds of houses with unique character. Darla and
Fahmy decided an
in-fill was the way to go.
Their adventure started with the tearing down of the existing home on the
lot that suited their needs, they learned all sorts of things about
in-fill development including the evaluation needed for financing,
selecting the right lot, and preparing the lot to name a few.
