The Breast Health Centre at Saskatoon City Hospital opened in March of 2006, focused on advanced diagnosis. The Centre has reached the point where expansion in necessary.
Modern breast health care requires a team approach of physicians, surgeons, radiologists, nurses and other health care professionals. The appropriate setting is needed for the team to work together and consult with the patient and their family.
Funds from the Pink House Campaign will help create the physical space needed to put this improved breast health program in place.
